As a training activity, scentwork is fun, very rewarding and at the same time mentally tiring for your dog. It will improve the relationship between you and your dog and is a great confidence builder especially for the shy or nervous dog. You can participate whether it is just for fun, or go on and enter trials and gain qualifications.

By giving your dog a job to do, we find that they are learning to relax and are able to cope with situations they would have perhaps previously struggled with.  We have plenty of space at our venues, so we can also cater for reactive/problem dogs. We have worked with many and it's so rewarding to see them doing something they enjoy.

We spend so much time as owners instructing and guiding our dogs, scentwork is an ideal way to help grow a dog's confidence at a pace they can cope with.  As scentwork is a low impact sport, it is suitable for all ages, breeds and standards. It is also ideal for an injured or older dog that requires mental rather than physical stimulation.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops are held at various locations throughout Surrey enabling you and your dog to try working in different environments. Whether that be to practice for your next trial, work on area searches,  confidence building or to practice working through all sorts of 'real life' distractions.
